Therapy in Broomfield, Colorado

Hello! I’m a therapist and Licensed Social Worker providing in-person and virtual counseling for adults, teens and couples in and around Broomfield, Colorado. I draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure Therapy, as well as somatic, contemplative and mindfulness-based methods. As a therapist and social worker, I have enjoyed working with clients experiencing depression, challenging life transitions, religious trauma, end of life issues, ADHD, anxiety, and anger management issues. Whatever brings you to therapy, we’ll identify what meaningful change looks like for you and build a plan to make it happen.

I spent seven of my most formative years living in Zen Buddhist monasteries, where I was ordained as a monk and received training in meditation practice, spiritual counseling, and Buddhist ethics. I also have received training in chaplaincy and grief counseling, and have hospice social work experience. I specialize in assisting clients with spiritual issues, parenting, and men’s issues. Please don’t hesitate to reach out.
